Résumé : |
The structural, morphological, electric, elemental and optical properties of Cu-I co-doped MoO3 thin films deposited on glass substrate by the physical vapor deposition process are investigated in this study. We have deposited four samples of co-doped MoO3 thin films at four different temperatures (no annealing,300,400and 500℃). As well as, All the MoO3 thin films were analysed by assorted techniques; X-ray Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS), SEM, UV-Vis, Hall Effect, and mechanical profilometer for each sample. This study allowed us to get MoO3 codoped thin films with very important structural, optical, elemental and electrical properties, which are very promising in photovoltaic applications. Keywords: Physical vapor deposition, MoO3, photovoltaic, Cu-I, substrate temperature, EDX, SEM, UV-Vis, Mechanical profilometer, thin films. |
